You can check your ticket status anytime inside the Prune app using either of these paths:
My Orders → Ticket Status
or
Profile → My Tickets
Ticket status meanings
Open: Ticket has been created
In Progress: Support team is working on it
Awaiting Customer: Support needs additional details from you
Resolved: Issue has been closed
