SIM not working after landing — what to do?

If your SIM shows “No Service”, it usually means the phone hasn’t registered on a local network yet. Try the steps below in order.


Troubleshooting steps (try in order)

  1. Insert the SIM correctly (try Slot 1 if possible)
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Turn ON Data Roaming
  4. Turn Airplane Mode OFF → ON → OFF
  5. Wait 2–5 minutes for network registration
  6. Manually select a network operator (instead of Auto)
  7. Verify and update APN settings (if required)


If it still shows “No Service”

Raise a support ticket from your order and attach screenshots of:

  1. SIM status / signal screen
  2. Network operator list
  3. Mobile data + roaming settings
