SIM not working after landing — what to do?
If your SIM shows “No Service”, it usually means the phone hasn’t registered on a local network yet. Try the steps below in order.
Troubleshooting steps (try in order)
- Insert the SIM correctly (try Slot 1 if possible)
- Restart your phone
- Turn ON Data Roaming
- Turn Airplane Mode OFF → ON → OFF
- Wait 2–5 minutes for network registration
- Manually select a network operator (instead of Auto)
- Verify and update APN settings (if required)
If it still shows “No Service”
Raise a support ticket from your order and attach screenshots of:
- SIM status / signal screen
- Network operator list
- Mobile data + roaming settings
This helps support resolve the issue faster.
