How to raise a ticket from your order?

To raise a support ticket for your international physical SIM, follow these steps:


  1. Open the Prune App
  2. Tap My Orders
  3. Select your SIM order
  4. Tap Raise Ticket
  5. Describe the issue clearly
  6. Attach screenshots (recommended)
  7. Tap Submit


Raising a ticket from the order automatically sends your order details to support, which helps resolve the issue faster.
