No network / emergency calls only — how to fix?
If your SIM continues to show “No Service”, try the steps below. In most cases, the issue is caused by SIM placement, network mode settings, or operator selection.
Try these fixes
Restart your phone
Toggle Airplane Mode ON and OFF
Insert the SIM in Slot 1 (recommended for many travel SIMs)
Switch preferred network type to LTE / 4G
Select the operator manually (instead of Auto)
Check if your plan is still within validity
If it still shows “No Service”
The issue may be due to:
SIM damage or physical defect
A temporary operator outage in that region
Your device not supporting the required local network bands
Raise a support ticket from your order for evaluation. Attach screenshots of your SIM status, network selection screen, and phone model details for faster troubleshooting.
