my payment failed but money was deducted what should i do ?
This is usually a bank/UPI-side delay — not a loss of funds. In most cases, the amount is automatically reversed back to you.
Why this happens
Common reasons include:
Network issues during payment
Bank server downtime
UPI timeouts
High traffic on banking/BBPS channels
What happens automatically
In such cases:
The biller does not accept the payment
The bank auto-reverses the money
A refund is initiated to your original payment method
Refund timelines (indicative)
UPI: Instant to 48 hours
Cards: 2–7 working days
Net Banking: 2–4 working days
If the refund is still not visible after the timeline
Open the transaction in Bill Payments → My Payments
Tap Raise Ticket

You do not lose money in such transactions — it is either posted to the biller or refunded back to you.
