what are the apn settings for my sim ?
APN (Access Point Name) determines how your phone connects to the mobile internet network.
Most Prune international SIMs auto-configure APN settings, so you usually don’t need to do anything.
When do you need to set APN manually?
You may need to add APN manually if:
Your SIM is active but mobile data isn’t working
The network connects but internet doesn’t load
You see “No Internet” despite full signal
How to add APN manually
iPhone
Settings → Mobile Data → Mobile Data Network → Enter APN
Android
Settings → Network / Connections → Mobile Networks → Access Point Names → Add APN

Tip: After updating APN, restart your phone or toggle Airplane Mode ON and OFF to refresh the network connection.
