how to install your prune esim ?

Installing your Prune eSIM takes less than 2 minutes.

What you need

1. Stable Wi-Fi connection
2. Prune eSIM QR code (Email + My Orders)

iPhone installation steps

1. Connect to Wi-Fi
2. Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM
3. Tap Use QR Code
4. Scan the Prune QR code
5. Tap Add Data Plan
6. Set:
7. Calls & SMS → Primary SIM
8. Mobile Data → Prune eSIM
9. Turn Data Roaming ON for the eSIM

If QR fails:

Choose Enter Details Manually and enter SM-DP+ address and activation code.

Android

1. Open Settings → Connections / Network
2. Tap SIM Manager / SIMs
3. Select Add eSIM
4. Scan QR code
5. Enable Mobile Data + Data Roaming

Note:

1. Always install using strong Wi-Fi
2. Never delete the eSIM once installed
