Q-How do I know my iPhone / iPad will support eSIM?

Here’s how you can determine whether your iOS device is carrier-unlocked and eSIM
compatible:
1. Select Settings > General > About.
2. See the "Carrier lock" section by scrolling down.
3. "NO SIM restrictions" should be present, indicating that the device has been
unlocked.
4. To view the "AVAILABLE SIM" or "DIGITAL SIM" sections. Scroll down. If the gadget
is compatible with eSIM, it should have an IMEI under AVAILABLE SIM or DIGITAL
SIM.
Q-How do I know my android phone/tablet will support eSIM?

- If the "Add Mobile plan" option is accessible, your device should support
eSIMs.

- Go to Settings >> Network & Internet
- On the SIMs, tap the plus sign (+)

Q-When will the validity of my eSIM data package expire?

The expiry date of the eSIM data package depends on either the amount of data consumed
or the duration of eSIM validity. If you do not use up your data before this point, the eSIM
data package will remain valid for the designated period.

The validity of your plan begins on the date of your arrival in your chosen country. This means you have the flexibility to purchase and install your eSIM at your convenience, without any impact on the validity period of your plan.

Note: Your eSIM plan validity period begins when your SIM gets activated, even if you have
