With a punch-hole design on the front, the smartphone could feature a 6.5-inch HD+ display, which is larger than the one on its previous version JioPhone Next. It might have a pixel resolution of 1600x720 pixels with a refresh rate of 90Hz.

In the camera department, the JioPhone 5G could feature a dual rear camera setup. The lens setup can include a 13-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel macro lens.
