Google Pixel 6a Price Revealed, Sale Starts on July 28

Google officially unveiled the Google Pixel 6a, a new Pixel smartphone, in India after three years. Google Pixel 6a is now available for pre-order in India. The Pixel 6a, which was unveiled at Google I/O, features the Titan M2 Security chip and Google's own Tensor SoC. Additionally, Google provides a 100 GB Google One cloud storage account and a free three-month membership to YouTube Premium with the Google Pixel 6a.

Google Pixel 6a specifications

It has a 6.1-inch full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,400 pixels) OLED display that is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and supports a 60Hz refresh rate, a 20:9 aspect ratio, HDR, 429 PPI, and an always-on display with now playing. The smartphone is powered by a 6GB LPDDR5 RAM, an octa-core Google Tensor SoC, and a Titan M2 security coprocessor. Along with the Google Pixel 6 and Google Pixel 6 Pro smartphones, the SoC also drives them.

The Google Pixel 6a has a dual rear camera system with a 12.2-megapixel primary sensor and an ultra-wide-angle camera with an f/1.7 aperture lens as well as a 12-megapixel secondary sensor and an f/2.2 aperture lens for photographs and videos. For selfies and video calls, the Google Pixel 6a has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture lens.

The Google Pixel 6a has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of non-expandable UFS 3.1 storage. The connectivity options include USB Type-C, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6E, 5G, and 4G LTE. An accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, barometer, magnetometer, and proximity sensor are among the sensors on board. For biometric authentication, a fingerprint sensor is also integrated into the display. The smartphone has a 4,410mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.

The starting pricing for the 6GB/128GB edition of the Google Pixel 6a is Rs 39,999. Chalk and Charcoal are the two colour options for the Google Pixel 6a. It can be pre-ordered in India and will go on sale on Flipkart on July 28.
