But the government of India updated guidelines on June 07, said the gap between two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine for those undertaking international travel for Studies, Job, and India’s contingent for the Tokyo Olympics has now been set to four weeks.

The following procedure shall be followed for the administration of a second dose of the vaccine for such beneficiaries, the official statement said.

1-  Students who have to undertake international travel for educational purposes.

2-  Employees who have to take up jobs in foreign countries.

3-  India’s contingent for Tokyo Olympic Games.

The Gov’t of India in its SOP advised that vaccination may be availed as ID documents as per the guidelines so that the passport number is printed in the Certificate.
