eSIM works in one country but not another?

This usually happens when your plan doesn’t cover the new country or your device needs a quick network refresh after crossing the border.


Possible causes

You purchased a single-country eSIM, so it won’t work outside that country

Your regional plan doesn’t include the new country (some regions have exclusions)

Your device needs a network refresh after crossing the border


How to fix it

Restart your phone

Turn ON Data Roaming

Manually select a network operator (instead of Auto)
