Step-by-step porting process

1. Send: PORT <your mobile number> to 1900
2. You will receive a UPC code (valid for 4 days)
3. Place your porting order on Prune using the UPC code
4. Complete Aadhaar eKYC during delivery
5. On the porting day, insert the new SIM
6. Your old SIM stops working and the new SIM starts automatically

Porting time

1. Most circles: 24–48 hours
2. J&K and North East: Up to 7 days (as per DoT rules)
