can i recharge or top up my sim while abroad ?

Many Prune international physical SIM plans support top-ups, but some plans do not. Top-up availability depends on the operator and the plan type you purchased.

For plans that support top-ups

You can recharge using one of the following:

The operator’s official recharge portal

The recharge/top-up link shared inside your Prune order details

The operator’s mobile app (if available in that country)

Plans that do not support top-ups

Some SIM plans are single-use and come with:

Fixed data

Fixed validity

No recharge option

If your data finishes or the plan expires, you’ll need to purchase a new physical SIM or eSIM to continue using services.
