why is my sim not showing a network ?
If your India SIM is not working after delivery, it’s usually due to activation pending, tele-verification not completed, device restrictions, or network registration issues. Try the steps below to fix it quickly.
Common reasons
- SIM is not fully activated yet
- Tele-verification is still pending (for Airtel/Vi/BSNL)
- Phone is locked to another carrier
- SIM inserted in the wrong slot
- A 4G SIM is being used in a 2G-only device
- Temporary local network outage
Fix steps (try in order)
- Restart your phone
- Insert the SIM in Slot 1
- Toggle Airplane Mode ON → OFF
- Enable VoLTE in network settings
- Manually select your operator network (instead of Auto)
- Check activation status inside the Prune app
If it still doesn’t work after activation time has passed, raise a support ticket from your order with screenshots of your network and SIM status for faster help.
