Why are calls dropping or failing??
Call drops or poor voice quality usually happen due to signal strength, network congestion, or VoLTE-related coverage in your area. In many cases, it improves with a small change in settings or location.
Typical causes
Indoor low-signal zones (basements, lifts, thick walls)
Congestion during peak hours
Weak VoLTE coverage in that area
SIM activation still pending
Device network mode mismatch (e.g., forcing 5G/3G instead of Auto/LTE)
Quick fixes
Move to an open area or near a window
Enable VoLTE in network settings
Restart your phone and wait for full activation
Keep network mode on Auto / LTE (recommended)
Switching location or enabling VoLTE usually resolves most call quality issues.
