Yes. Every successful bill payment on Prune generates multiple proofs of payment, so you always have a clear record of your transaction.
What you typically receive
1) In-app digital receipt
Available immediately after payment and includes:
Transaction ID
Biller name and category
Paid amount
Date and time
Payment method
2) BBPS receipt (for BBPS-enabled billers)
For BBPS billers, you also get:
BBPS transaction reference number
Biller acknowledgement
Timestamp
3) SMS confirmation
A confirmation message is sent to your registered mobile number after payment.
4) Email receipt
You receive an email with a detailed breakdown of your transaction.
5) Permanent payment history
All receipts stay saved in your account under My Payments, so you can access them anytime.
