OnePlus 10T: Will the company end its partnership with Hasselblad?
OnePlus gained massive attention for its partnership with iconic photography brand Hasselblad over the years. Both worked together to co-develop the camera systems for OnePlus phones, starting from the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro variants competing with other high-end phones in the market.
But with the upcoming launch of the flagship OnePlus 10T, reports suggest differently. The credible tipster Yogesh Brar leaked the phone's renders online. The leaks suggest the premium smartphone will come with the latest Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 SoC, 150W fast charging support, and a triple camera setup. But without Hasselblad branding.
Whether you're looking to upgrade or simply curious about the next best flagship, take a look at the OnePlus 10T's specs and features.
OnePlus 10T: Design leaks
According to the reports, the OnePlus 10T is similar to its predecessor OnePlus 10 Pro. The triple rear camera setup design looks no different, except there is no mention of Hasselblad. It makes us wonder whether the company has discontinued its partnership with the legendary brand or the phone may be a part of a different series. However, the almost-identical design also includes a rectangular cutout for the cameras, with another circular cutout above that houses LED flash.
The OnePlus 10T might have a front bezel-less display with a centred punch-hole cutout. But the company seems to have given the alert slider a miss, much to our surprise. So far, we can notice only the power button and volume rocker on the device. The smartphone could come in three attractive colour variants - Mint Green, Black, and White.
OnePlus 10T: Expected specifications and features
The new OnePlus 10T could feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display might have a 1080p resolution and 360Hz touch sampling rate with a protective layer of Corning Gorilla Glass.
The smartphone could be powered by the top-tier Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor with 8GB / 12GB RAM. The internal storage options could include 128GB and 256GB.
In the camera department, the OnePlus 10T can flaunt a triple rear camera setup - a 50MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and 2MP depth sensor for dynamic shots. From aesthetically pleasing wide-angle photos to well-detailed macro shots, photographers might have plenty to look forward to from the handset. There might be a 16MP front snapper for selfies and video calls. The device could also have a 4800mAh battery with 150W fast charging support.
The other features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, and NFC.
OnePlus 10T: Price and availability
The much-awaited OnePlus 10T might launch by the end of 2022 for approximately Rs 35,000 to Rs 40,000.
