how do i check if my biller is supported on prune ?
You can search and select your biller easily inside the Prune app.
Steps to find your biller
Open the Prune App → Bill Payments
Select the relevant category (Electricity, Water, Gas, Broadband, etc.)
Use the search bar to type your biller’s name
Or browse by state/city and choose the biller manually
If your biller doesn’t appear
You can request the biller through the Prune chatbot or via support ticket
New billers are regularly added as BBPS expands, and many are enabled automatically over time
