my bill is not showing in prune what should i do ?
A bill may not appear for several reasons, and in most cases it resolves once the biller generates the new cycle bill or the system refreshes.
Common reasons
- The biller has not generated the new bill yet
- The consumer/account number entered is incorrect
- Temporary downtime at the biller or BBPS
- A maintenance window on the biller’s side
Steps to try
- Double-check your consumer/account details
- Refresh the biller page and fetch again
- Try again after a few hours
- Check the biller’s official website/app to confirm whether the bill is generated
If the bill is live on the biller’s site but not on Prune
Open the biller page in Prune and tap Raise Ticket.
Support will investigate and help you complete the payment safely.
