For Indian citizens, a visa is absolutely required to enter Yemen. However, due to the severe ongoing conflict and humanitarian crisis, obtaining a tourist visa is practically impossible at present. The travel authorization status for Yemen is unequivocally 'Do Not Travel'. All major governments, including the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, have issued extremely strong warnings against any travel to Yemen due to the severe security situation.

Risks include active armed conflict, terrorism, kidnapping (including of foreign nationals), civil unrest, landmines, and a severe humanitarian crisis. Any travel to Yemen would be at one's own extreme peril, truly a 'jokhim bhara' decision with virtually no consular assistance available.

Yemen does not currently offer an eVisa facility for Indian citizens or any other nationality, especially not for tourism purposes. The country's visa processing is traditional, if available at all, and is severely impacted by the ongoing conflict.

Given the current security situation and the lack of functional tourism infrastructure, don't even dream of an eVisa, yaar; it's a 'sapna' right now. Any official online visa portal does not exist for Yemen.
